| Nestled in historic Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and on the banks of the Delaware River is the sleepy little village of Riegelsville. Built on a former Native American settlement, where folklore says the people would come to have their “spirits” cleansed, this quiet former paper mill town has an active list of haunted places. Ghosts in the ‘Ville seeks to record a history that is often unspoken—one that includes apparitions, sounds, and things that go bump in the night! This book is the story of the unexplainable phenomena experienced by a young pastor on his first night alone in town, and the spirited history that followed. It also tells the tales that came to light for him, his wife, and others, once people in the borough began to share their own chilling and ghostly encounters. |
